Brad typically begins teaching sometime between 7:30 and 8:00, and we wrap up at 9:00.
Do I need to know a lot about the Bible?
Not at all. Come as you are. We’re all learning together.
What kind of theology do you teach?
Our teaching is centered on Union with Christ and the New Covenant. We focus on the finished work of Jesus—moving away from religious performance and learning to live from our identity as new creations in Him. Whether we’re in the Old or New Testament, we read Scripture through the lens of God’s grace and our secure life in Christ.
Can I just show up?
Absolutely. That’s how most guys start.
Who leads the group?
Anchormen began over 15 years ago when Todd Laczynski opened his office as a place for a few men to gather and study the Bible together. What started as a small group has grown into a steady weekly rhythm of conversation, Scripture, and shared life. Today, a small leadership team continues to carry it forward, including Todd, John Gildein, Bob Clark, Ron Izynski, and Brad Whitmore. Brad typically leads the teaching and has been teaching Scripture for nearly 20 years.
